Rubber tracks must perform in real-life situations. You deserve the confidence that the rubber tracks you choose will match the difficult working conditions you face.
Engineered Rubber Compound – Our heavy duty rubber tracks are made from a specially formulated rubber compound with superior cut, puncture and wear resistance.
Heavy Gauge Steel Reinforcement – We use continuous belts of heavy gauge steel wire to prevent stretching during heavy tractive efforts.
Steel Reinforcement Pre-Treatment – Steel wires are copper coated and encapsulated in rubber prior to bonding with rubber track to prevent corrosion or delamination.
Forged Metal Inserts – One-piece drop forged metal inserts are used to provide the lateral strength needed to prevent vibration and deformation.
