Forestry Style Serrated Edge Catwalk Kit

We offer a catwalk plate kit that can be easily configured to fit a wide range of mid-size excavators. The design of this catwalk features a 9” wide checker plate walking surface with serrated edge for improved operator safety. Our unique one kit fits all design, and compact packaging, makes this option very economical for shipping and for accommodating different size excavators in your fleet.

Prefabricated Catwalk Systems

We offer fully welded 9” wide catwalks loaded with features to simplify the installation process. Your welder will appreciate the center of gravity lifting point and fit-up positioning tabs and your painter will appreciate that the catwalks have already been blasted and prime painted. To ensure our catwalks can withstand unforeseen impacts we constructed them from heavy steel checker plate and fully welded joints.

Heavy Duty Stump Pan

Our heavy steel stump pans feature a bolt on design that enables the stump pan to be positioned and fastened in place from the outside. Fasteners are protected by fully welded bolt protectors to prevent damage from impacts with rocks and other debris.

Rock Guards

Excavator rock guards dramatically improve undercarriage life by supporting track pads and minimizing chain twist in uneven ground conditions.

Induction Hardened Steel – Viking West bucket pins are made from induction hardened 1045 steel for superior tensile, shear and yield strength and wear life of up to 10X longer that quench and tempered 4140.
