ARC 300 Clarifier

Designed for medium-flow stormwater and industrial process-water applications, the ARC300 integrates adaptive Gel Flocculant chemistry, engineered reactors and high-rate lamella clarification in one compact treatment system. It provides a nominal treatment capacity of 300 GPM and can accommodate flow rates from approximately 150 to 450 GPM, depending on influent conditions and treatment objectives.

Four stainless steel, dual-cartridge reactors distribute flow and promote consistent interaction between the water and Gel Flocculant. A downstream static mixer and engineered retention zone support controlled floc development before the water enters the 4,500-gallon lamella clarifier, where inclined settling plates rapidly separate suspended solids from the treated water.

The complete system is mounted on an 8-by-20-foot structural steel skid equipped with fork pockets, tow hooks and certified lifting points for flexible handling and deployment. Efficient, durable and simple to operate, the ARC300 is well suited to construction and infrastructure projects, land development, mining runoff, aggregate operations and other applications requiring reliable treatment within a limited footprint.
