T1 Tines

Our thumb tine plates are crafted from high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel, known for its exceptional strength, toughness and wear resistance.  This makes it an ideal choice for heavy-duty applications such as excavator thumbs, where durability is essential.

Serrated Tines

We add a serrated profile to thumb tines to improve grip on irregular or slippery materials like rocks, logs, and debris.  This design enhances the excavator's ability to securely and efficiently handle diverse materials, ideal for applications such as demolition, forestry, and material handling.

Spherical Bushings

Our thumb cylinders are equipped with spherical bushings to allow slight angular movement to accommodate misalignment and reduce stress on the cylinder.  This flexibility minimizes wear on seals and other components, enhancing durability and extending the cylinder's lifespan.

Bucket Pin Rotation Axis
