TI Lugging Plates
Wedge lock lugging plates are fabricated from T1 steel for its superior strength and toughness and machined after final welding for a tight tolerance fit with compatible wedge lock coupler, providing better performance and durability in demanding conditions.
Wear Resistant Steel
Extensive use of High Strength Wear Resistant HB400 steel for Side Cutters, Cheek Plates, Lip and Wear Bars.
Compound Curved Shell
Compound Curved shell enhances performance and longevity by improving material flow in and out of the bucket and providing a more efficient angle for digging and penetrating tough materials, requiring less energy and improving fuel efficiency.
Cat J Series Tooth System
Heavy Duty Dig Buckets come standard with Cat J Series Teeth and Adapters.
Hard Surface Weld Overlay
Side cutters are armoured with hard surface overlay weld to greatly enhance wear resistance.
