Certified Lifting Point
Certified lifting point compatible with various lifting methods, including chains, cables, or synthetic slings, with or without shackles or similar rigging accessories.
T1 Lugging Plates
Wedge lock lugging plates are fabricated from T1 steel for its superior strength and toughness and machined after final welding for a tight tolerance fit with compatible wedge lock coupler, providing better performance and durability in demanding conditions.
Wear Resistant Steel
Extensive use of High Strength Wear Resistant HB400 steel for Side Cutters, Lip and Wear Bars. Thickness of wear plates are increased 30% compared to Heavy Duty grade buckets for increased durability and wear life.
Compound Curved Shell
Enhances performance and longevity by improving material flow in and out of the bucket and providing a more efficient angle for digging and penetrating tough materials, requiring less energy and improving fuel efficiency.

Cat J Series Tooth System
Heavy Duty Dig Buckets come standard with Cat J Series Teeth and Adapters. Tooth class is upsized compared to Heavy Duty class digging buckets.
Hardfacing
Our Extra Heavy Digging Buckets come standard with hardfacing on side cutters, cheek plates, wear bars and lip. Hardfacing is a great way to boost wear life and reduce costs for heavy-duty excavation work.
