ARC 1000 Clarifier

Designed for large-scale and high-volume water-treatment applications, the ARC1000 is the highest-capacity model in the ARC system family. It integrates adaptive Gel Flocculant chemistry, engineered reactors and high-rate lamella clarification into one complete treatment system, providing a nominal capacity of 1,000 GPM and accommodating flow rates from approximately 500 to 1,500 GPM.

Four stainless steel reactors, each holding four Gel Flocculant cartridges, provide consistent treatment across high-volume process flows. A downstream static mixer and engineered retention zone promote particle collision and controlled floc development before the water enters the 13,500-gallon lamella clarifier, where 171 m² of settling area supports rapid and efficient solids separation.

The complete system is mounted on an 8-by-50-foot heavy-duty structural steel skid equipped with fork pockets, tow hooks and certified lifting points for flexible handling and installation. Scalable, energy-efficient and simple to operate, the ARC1000 is designed for large mining and mineral-processing operations, aggregate facilities, major infrastructure projects and other applications requiring dependable treatment of high and variable water flows.
